A great review is key to getting noticed. It's also the best way to learn what a customer thought about his or her experience with your company.
1. After completing the job, thank your customers for their business and let them know you really appreciate their feedback.
2. Follow up with them a few days later to see if everything is still to their satisfaction. This is great time to reiterate that you take their feedback to heart and use it to find ways to continually improve your service.
3. Post often to your social media accounts, thanking customers for the feedback they leave. Let them know that they best compliment you can receive is their review on Angie's List.
Reviews are a great way to provide a portfolio of the quality work you do. The more reviews you collect, the more
attractive your business can look to customers.
We’ve designed an easy-to-use URL for you to distribute to customers. Clicking my.angieslist.com/angieslist/review/SPID sends your customers directly to your reviews page for them to easily leave their feedback on Angie’s List.
You MUST replace the letters SPID with the number of your Service Provider ID that you can find logging in to the Business Center.

Social media is a great way to connect with customers and get the word out about your business. You can post updates about your business, your Angie's List profile and also remind customers to leave a review if they've worked with you.
Some customers may leave feedback directly on your social media pages instead of leaving a review on Angie’s List. For ways to get them to also leave you a review on Angie’s List, see the suggestions below!
